Continuing the BlenZer Installation Program in Elmsford

Following BlenZer installation work at the facility earlier in the year, Giordano Industrial returned to the Elmsford, New York beverage production facility in March 2025 to support another Statco-DSI BlenZer system installation.

The project continued Giordano Industrial’s work installing and integrating specialized process equipment within the facility’s existing beverage production infrastructure.

Integrating New Equipment with Existing Infrastructure

Working within an active production environment required careful coordination between the new BlenZer system, existing equipment, electrical systems, utilities, and ongoing plant operations.

Giordano Industrial worked alongside Statco-DSI to support the installation and integration of the BlenZer equipment while coordinating the mechanical and electrical requirements associated with incorporating the system into the existing facility.

With high-throughput production environments, installation work must be carefully planned and executed to limit disruption while maintaining the schedule, installation quality, and requirements of the overall project.
