BlenZer System Installation at an Active Beverage Production Facility

In January 2025, Giordano Industrial supported the installation of a Statco-DSI BlenZer system at an active beverage production facility in Elmsford, New York.

The project involved installing and integrating the new blending system within the facility’s existing production infrastructure. Working in an active, high-throughput production environment required careful coordination around existing equipment, utilities, electrical systems, and ongoing plant operations.

Supporting Installation in an Active Production Environment

Statco-DSI, a ProMach company, provides BlenZer systems for continuous inline beverage blending and process control. Integrating this equipment into an existing production environment requires more than equipment placement alone.

Giordano Industrial worked closely with Statco-DSI to coordinate the installation and supporting infrastructure while managing the project around the requirements of the existing facility.

For high-throughput beverage operations, extended production downtime can have significant operational consequences. Careful planning and efficient execution are therefore important throughout demolition, equipment installation, electrical work, system integration, and preparation for startup.
