Across a five-project installation program for Statco-DSI, Giordano Industrial integrated BlenZer systems into high-throughput beverage production operations throughout New York and New Jersey. Each project required the coordinated management of complex construction and equipment integration while controlling downtime within active production environments.

Project Timeline

The installation program began in January 2025, with additional projects completed in March 2025, May 2025, November 2025, and January 2026. The May installation took place at a facility in Morristown, New Jersey, while the remaining four projects were completed at Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages’ production facility in Elmsford, New York.

Giordano’s Scope of Work

The equipment at the center of these projects is manufactured by Statco-DSI, a ProMach product brand specializing in sanitary processing equipment and integrated systems for the food, dairy, and beverage industries. Its BlenZer technology is a continuous inline blending system that combines precisely metered ingredient streams with automated controls to support blending accuracy, faster product changeovers, and continuous beverage production.

Across these five projects, Giordano Industrial managed the coordinated construction and installation work needed to incorporate each BlenZer system into its production environment. The work included mechanical and electrical demolition, equipment placement and installation, mechanical connections, and the installation of new electrical power and control systems. Responsibilities were coordinated around the requirements of the equipment, the conditions within each facility, and the operating needs of the production line.

Minimizing Downtime in Production Environments

This level of coordination is especially important in high-throughput beverage production. Extended downtime can reduce output, disrupt production schedules, affect downstream operations, and generate costs well beyond the immediate construction area. Demolition, equipment placement, utility connections, electrical work, and control system installation must therefore be carefully sequenced to move the project forward without avoidable delays.
