Carrying BlenZer Installation Work into 2026

Giordano Industrial began 2026 with another Statco-DSI BlenZer system installation at an active beverage production facility in Elmsford, New York.

Following previous BlenZer installation work in Elmsford and Morristown, New Jersey, the January 2026 project provided another opportunity for Giordano Industrial to apply its experience with the equipment while coordinating the installation around the requirements of an existing production environment.

Applying Experience Within an Active Production Environment

Previous work with BlenZer systems and familiarity with the Elmsford facility provided valuable context as Giordano Industrial approached the January 2026 installation.

Working alongside Statco-DSI, the Giordano Industrial team supported the installation and integration of the BlenZer system within the facility’s existing production infrastructure. The work required coordination with established equipment, electrical systems, utilities, and ongoing plant operations as the new system was incorporated into the facility.

In high-throughput production environments, careful project management and efficient execution are important to limiting disruption while maintaining the requirements of the installation. Giordano Industrial coordinated its work with attention to schedule, budget, installation quality, and fit and finish throughout the project.
