BlenZer System Installation at a New Production Facility

In May 2025, Giordano Industrial supported the installation of a Statco-DSI BlenZer system at a beverage production facility in Morristown, New Jersey.

Following previous BlenZer installation work in Elmsford, New York, the Morristown project brought Giordano Industrial’s experience with the equipment into a different production environment, with its own facility layout, existing infrastructure, and installation requirements.

Adapting the Installation to a Different Facility

Every production facility presents its own equipment layout, infrastructure, utilities, and operating conditions. Successfully integrating new process equipment requires the installation approach to account for those existing conditions while meeting the requirements of the new system.

Giordano Industrial worked alongside Statco-DSI to support the installation and integration of the BlenZer system within the Morristown facility. The work required coordination around existing infrastructure and ongoing plant operations while managing the mechanical and electrical requirements associated with the installation.

Experience with previous BlenZer installations provided useful familiarity with the equipment, while the Morristown facility required the project team to apply that experience within a different plant environment.
