Joseph Cascio
As Chief Operating Officer, Joseph Cascio leads Giordano Industrial’s operations and major-client growth, bringing more than 15 years of leadership across industrial construction, energy, manufacturing, and nuclear programs. A mechanical and aerospace engineer and certified Project Management Professional, he has directed more than $1 billion in large EPC projects including first-of-a-kind implementations, a US Domestic fleet nuclear decommissioning program, heavy manufacturing delivery, and clean energy projects.
At Giordano, Cascio led the company’s transition to an industrial-focused general contractor, introduced digital tools for tracking project performance and safety, led execution of the first carbon-capture quad-generation plant of its kind in the United States for a major beverage producer, and oversees project delivery across the company, ensuring every job is built safely, efficiently, and in line with each client’s technical requirements, schedule, and objectives.
